A multi-day live production marking IKEA's 60th anniversary in Poland. We built a studio inside IKEA's kitchen showroom at IKEA Janki and ran the entire program from it, with live two-way links to speakers, factories across Poland and the IKEA group CEO — for viewers around the world.
IKEA's 60th anniversary in Poland was no ordinary broadcast: the program, run from a studio, had to connect live with speakers and staff scattered across the world — from factories in Poland, where dozens of employees gathered in front of screens, all the way to the CEO of the IKEA group. Everything had to run as one seamless feed, at a quality worthy of the brand.
The challenge wasn't the camera work itself, but directing multiple sources at once: the studio picture, remote links, graphics and audio — all synced to the second, stable across several days of work, and ready for the surprises that live events never fail to bring.
We ran the whole production from a mobile broadcast kit, building the studio directly within IKEA's kitchen showroom set. Picture was captured on Sony FX6 cameras, sound was produced on a Presonus StudioLive III console, and the entire crew was linked together on an Altair intercom.
Graphics and source mixing ran on the vMix system, letting us switch smoothly between the studio, remote links and graphics. We sent the signal out to the world through a LiveU LU600 encoder, with link redundancy — essential for a multi-day live event.

Thanks to the live links, the anniversary brought IKEA's people together across borders: staff watching on screens in the factories, speakers and management — all the way up to the CEO of the IKEA group. The program ran seamlessly and professionally, exactly as befits a brand that doesn't compromise on this front.
It's a good example of why streaming a corporate event isn't just "pointing a camera" — it's television production: direction, sound, graphics and reliable transmission that make the online viewer feel genuinely part of the event.

A one-day webinar is priced very differently from a multi-day anniversary with a studio and global links. Tell us the format — we prepare a quote within one business day.
Yes. For the IKEA anniversary we built a studio directly inside the kitchen showroom at IKEA Janki and ran the entire program from it. We arrive with a mobile broadcast kit and set up the studio wherever your event is happening — at your headquarters, store or plant.
Yes. During IKEA's 60th anniversary we linked the studio live with factories across Poland and with management, up to the group CEO. We run two-way links with multiple locations at once, so that speakers and viewers in different places are all part of one program.
It depends on the format. For the IKEA anniversary we worked with Sony FX6 cameras, Presonus StudioLive III audio, an Altair intercom, graphics and mixing on vMix, and a LiveU LU600 encoder. We tailor the configuration to the set design, guest count and number of links.
Yes. We most often broadcast corporate events in private mode — on a closed platform, on an intranet, or as an unlisted link. We secure access so that only invited viewers can watch the stream.
Yes. We run event and conference streaming with international participation — with translation, remote speakers and distribution to viewers around the world, exactly as we did for the IKEA anniversary.
Redundancy at every stage: independent links (including mobile LiveU with bonding), backup power, duplicated encoders and local recording. On a multi-day program, it's this backup infrastructure that keeps the broadcast from ever going off air.
We can take on the whole production — studio, cameras, sound, graphics, remote links and transmission — or just the part you need. Tell us what you're organising and we'll prepare a quote within one day.
