The Panasonic AW-RP150 is Panasonic’s latest remote control (console) for PTZ cameras. It features functions familiar from other Panasonic devices, with significant improvements over previous models. New features include a joystick that allows for one-handed operation (controlling pan, tilt, zoom, and focus) and a large LCD touchscreen that makes it easier to monitor and adjust menu settings. How does the AW-RP150 control panel work?
The joystick allows you to control the camera’s tilt and pan, adjust the zoom and focus, and operate the camera intuitively with one hand. The touchscreen display makes it easy and fast to access all the camera’s key functions. The control panel connects to PTZ cameras via an IP network—you can control one or more Panasonic AW-UE150 cameras from a single location in the control room. This is the standard for professional multi-camera productions using PTZ cameras.

The AW-RP150 is compatible with Panasonic PTZ cameras, including our AW-UE150. You can connect to and control multiple cameras simultaneously over an IP network. We recommend renting the control console along with the PTZ cameras—together, they form a complete multi-camera production system operated by a single operator.
The AW-RP150 control panel supports multiple PTZ cameras simultaneously (you can switch between them). In practice, a single operator can efficiently control 4–6 cameras in a typical setup. You can save presets (pre-programmed frame settings) and quickly recall them—ideal for dynamic sports broadcasts or conferences with multiple camera angles.
PTZ cameras can also be controlled over an IP network (from a computer or tablet), but the AW-RP150 control panel offers incomparably better control. The physical joystick allows for smooth, precise camera movements with one hand—something you can’t achieve with a mouse or a tablet’s touchscreen. For professional live productions, the control panel is practically indispensable.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (750 PLN net). For longer projects (3+ days), we offer discounts, and for rentals of more than a week, the rate drops to 350 PLN/day.
