The AK-HC3900 is an economical and versatile professional camera for use in the broadcast, education and corporate industries, equipped with future-proof solutions guaranteeing many years of use. The Panasonic AK-HC3900 camera records uncompressed images via an internal 4K imaging system, thanks to which it provides stunning HD HDR images with the ITU-R BT.2020 color space.

The Panasonic AK-HC3900 camera is characterized by high sensitivity — F10 at 59.94 Hz (2000 lx) — and a signal-to-noise ratio of 62 dB. It also has a built-in motorized gray filter.
The new economical camera control unit (CCU) AK-HCU250 in combination with the new remote operation panel (ROP) AK-HRP250 will transmit uncompressed high-quality video and control signals to the camera via fiber optic or hybrid SMPTE cable, which can also be used to power it.

This new CCU includes all functions, as well as simultaneous transmission of HDR/SDR output signals and extended multi-format support. New features include a 3G bus and a 3G prompter. The new remote control panel supports the PoE standard (no power source required), which facilitates installation.
Both the CCU and ROP are equipped with an SD card slot that can be used to store various settings or update the firmware.
