Internet broadcast production in the Lublin Mercury Hotel. It was performed by 4 cameras in HD quality and broadcast in two language versions. The entire video material was broadcast in a player with the ability to switch between language versions without having to reload the page or player.

Internet broadcast implementation

We carried out this internet broadcast using a whole range of additional equipment. First of all, we used 4 fullHD (1920×1080) cameras for the implementation. The image from the cameras was imported into a Blackmagic ATEM 1E video mixer. The sound was received from a team of sound engineers and independently imported on several tracks into our audio mixer. Then, the audience could watch the conference while being able to switch between different language versions without having to reload the page. Since our client expected the material to be delivered within 48 hours of the broadcast's completion, we used a Blackmagic recorder to record the conference along with 8 language tracks. Immediately after the recording was made, we were ready to hand over the materials to the client. However, the client expected the material to be cut into individual speakers' statements for publication on websites. And so it happened. We are presenting, of course, only an excerpt - one speaker's statement - to show you what this type of implementation looks like.

Internet broadcast implementation prices

Prices depend on many factors - the number of cameras, the number of audio tracks, the number of viewers who can watch the presented material at the same time. These few factors have a huge impact on the final price. Nevertheless, we always prepare two options - budget and professional. The choice always belongs to the client - however, we would like it to be made consciously.
