XIII Golden Antenna Awards Gala

The Great Gala of Golden and Crystal Antennas is an event accompanying the Symposium of the World of Telecommunications and Media, and also a streaming event implemented by us.
Awards were presented to, among others, the best company, person of the year, the most effective manager, as well as the most important telecommunications and media product and service. The Manager of the Year was Simon Boyd (President of the Management Board of UPC), the Company of the Year was Cyfrowy Polsat, and the Platinum Antenna was awarded to Anna Streżyńska, President of UKE.

Live streaming implementation was carried out by 4 cameras that recorded in HD quality, and then the whole thing was encoded and sent to our streaming server, which for this event was prepared to receive 1000 simultaneous connections. Nevertheless, this time the number of viewers surprised not only the organizers, but also us. During the live streaming, we launched an additional server and redirected the excess traffic to server number two.
