The live streaming we provided this time took place during the largest defense industry exhibition in Poland, and the third largest in Europe. For 4 days, Kielce hosted many well-known figures from Poland and around the world. Representatives of the Polish government, as well as envoys from the farthest corners of the world, could be found here.

The Kielce Defense Industry Exhibition is the third largest event of its kind in Europe. This year, 400 exhibitors from 23 countries, including the USA, Germany, France, Israel, and Italy, presented their offers. Among the interesting exhibits was the Polish PL 01 CONCEPT future tank project presented by the Research and Development Center for Mechanical Devices „OBRUM”, belonging to the Polish Armaments Group.
Live streaming  was broadcast from several locations/events that took place over 4 days. During the live streaming, we provided live video feeds to LED screens, plasma screens, and LCD screens, as well as transmission of events and presentations that took place during all these days. We ran something like a news studio where guests visiting the Polish Armaments Group hall could familiarize themselves with the latest Polish defense products – you could literally, like in Media Markt, view the latest machine guns, pistols, bulletproof vests, etc.

Live streaming  implementation

The material was recorded by HD XDCAM cameras in HD quality (1920×1080). We performed live streaming with 3 HD cameras. We used a Blackmagic ATEM1E digital mixer with Blackmagic software. The material was not only recorded by cameras, but also by a digital recorder saving the image in HD 4:2:2 quality. Communication between operators was provided by Motorola walkie-talkies. Each operator used tally information and a return preview informing them what or who is currently Live. We had emission servers prepared (main and backup) allowing simultaneous reception of the transmission by 10,000 people. Live streaming prices

In this case, the price was influenced by the number of days our team spent at the fair, the number of cameras, and the number of viewers who could ultimately watch the event online.
