On Saturday, November 22, 2014, the final of the INTER 2014 popularization competition organized by the Foundation for Polish Science as part of the SKILLS project took place in Warsaw. Nineteen finalists competed not only for the title of best science popularizers, but also for financial prizes that will enable them to implement the presented research projects.
The performances were assessed by the competition Chapter, which included eminent scientists and well-known science popularizers: prof. Maciej Żylicz, president of the FNP, dr Ilona Iłowiecka-Tańska, dr Halina Waś (winner of the INTER 2013 competition), editor Dorota Romanowska, editor Krzysztof Michalski and editor Edwin Bendyk.
We carried out Final Inter 2014 Online Broadcasts on our website in three image qualities: HD, SD, low. We recorded a promotional film, statements to the camera of finalists and members of the chapter separately, and provided photographic coverage of the entire event.
