A corporate webinar that looks like a news programme
Toyota News Live is not a plain video conference, but a webinar in a news-programme format — with hosts in the studio, graphics and data shown on screens, and, at the same time, participants joining remotely from different locations.
The challenge was to combine a television-grade studio production with the Webex platform, on which employees and journalists watched the webinar — so that the whole thing was coherent, clear and run at a professional, "news" level.

A studio, an OB van and delivery on the Webex platform
We produced the webinar from a studio at the Expo Halls in Warsaw, supported by our OB van. We captured the picture with multiple Panasonic AK-HC3900 cameras with Panasonic AK-HRP250 CCU controls, so that every camera held a consistent, television-grade image.
Audio was run on a Yamaha QL5 console with a Tio stagebox, while crew communication was handled by an RTS OMNEO intercom. The graphics — lower thirds, data and captions — were produced in the CasparCG system. We delivered the finished signal on the Webex platform, where employees and journalists watched the webinar, while selected participants joined remotely and appeared on the studio screens.

How much does a professional live webinar production cost?
The price depends on the scale: the number of cameras, building the studio and the set, the graphics, the number of speakers and remote participants, and the delivery platform. Do you broadcast webinars on the Webex or Teams platform?
Yes. We delivered Toyota News Live on the Webex platform. We can send the finished, television-grade studio signal to the platform chosen by the client — Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or a closed corporate platform — so that the webinar reaches the right audience.
Do you handle participants joining remotely?
Yes. We bring remote participants into the broadcast and show them on the studio screens — just as in Toyota News Live, where the hosts in the studio talked to people joining from different places. A remote voice or presentation then looks coherent with the rest of the production.
Do you prepare on-screen graphics, lower thirds and data?
Yes. We prepare lower thirds, data, charts and captions in the CasparCG graphics system and integrate them with the camera picture — so that the webinar looks like a professional news programme, not a plain video meeting.
Can the webinar be available only to a selected group?
Yes. Toyota News Live was aimed at employees and journalists. We can broadcast the webinar on a closed corporate platform available only to invited participants — or publicly, depending on the goal of the event.
Do you produce webinars from an OB van (OBVAN)?
Yes. Our production OB van is a mobile production hub with a mixer, camera channels and a full crew — it works perfectly for webinars broadcast from a studio and from the venue.
