On behalf of the Moda & Styl publisher (Bestseller Group) we produced the coverage of the 13th Moda & Styl Gala at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw — live streaming of the fashion shows from cameras, a film and photographic material published in the press, interviews with celebrities and a backstage report.

A fashion gala shown live — from the backstage to the runway
The Moda & Styl Gala is a prestigious event where striking collections are watched by guests from the worlds of fashion, business, diplomacy, culture and the media. The Sheraton Hotel ballroom could barely hold all the guests and press photographers. An event like this has to be covered in full: the shows on the runway, the atmosphere in the room, interviews with celebrities — and it also has to be made available online for viewers outside the venue.
The challenge was to combine several forms of production at once — a live broadcast from the cameras, a film of the shows, photographic material for the press and a report from the preparations and the backstage.

Live broadcast, film and photography in a single production
On behalf of the Moda & Styl publisher — Bestseller Group — we were responsible for the complete media coverage of the gala. We ran a live feed from the cameras, so that the shows were also available as an online broadcast for viewers outside the venue. In parallel we produced a film of the fashion shows and photographic material, which was then published in most magazines in Poland.
We also took part in the preparations for the event — we showed the backstage, the building of the runway, the lighting and the sound of the stage, and we conducted interviews both with well-known people from the world of show business and with the winners of the gala.
