We produced the live streaming of the Epic Game Music concert at the Torwar Arena in Warsaw — a six-camera video game music production, run on a flypack, with audio from Polish Radio's OB van and delivery over LiveU secured with a backup.

A concert from an arena that has to sound and look like a television production
Epic Game Music is a spectacular concert of video game music, played live in front of an audience at the Torwar Arena. A production like this has to be shown with multiple cameras — with wide shots of the whole stage, close-ups of the musicians and a dynamic edit that keeps up with the music — while also delivering album-grade sound.
The challenge was to build a mobile yet fully television-grade production inside a concert arena and to secure the online delivery so that the live stream simply could not drop.

A flypack, six Sony cameras and LiveU delivery with a backup
We ran the production on a mobile video flypack, supported by a separate audio flypack. We captured the picture with six Sony XDCAM cameras with full camera control from six RM-B150 CCU channels, so the operators held a consistent, television-grade image across the whole arena.
Audio was run in collaboration with Polish Radio's OB van, crew communication was handled by an Altair intercom with Motorola CP040 radios, and the on-screen graphics ran on a customised CasparCG system. We sent the online stream over LiveU LU600 with a LiveU Solo+ backup, so the delivery was protected against interruption.

Online viewers got a spectacular, multi-camera live stream of the Epic Game Music concert — with wide shots of the whole stage, close-ups of the musicians and broadcast-grade sound.
