For the second time we were the executive producer of the Adamed International Conference — a two-day scientific event bringing together speakers from 6 countries, broadcast in 4 language versions from one of the most advanced multimedia studios in Poland.
The Adamed International Conference is a two-day scientific event that had to be pulled together live into one coherent broadcast: speakers from 6 countries, four language versions of the stream, and an audience expecting quality worthy of a brand from the medical sector.
Twelve video signals fed into the OB van at once — from cameras, playout systems, graphics engines and remote links. Everything had to be synced to the second and kept stable across two days of programming.
We ran the production from one of the most advanced multimedia studios in Poland, and the OB van took in 12 video signals — cameras, playout systems, graphics engines and remote links with speakers.
We delivered the live signal on our own streaming platform, with a personalised graphic and functional design. The entire visual package — backgrounds, lower thirds and animations for the stream and for the LED screen — was developed in-house and tied together with the four language versions of the program.
A setup tailored for a two-day, multilingual scientific conference with a multimedia studio and an OB van.
The two-day program reached the scientific community in 6 countries, in four language versions and in broadcast quality — with a full, on-brand visual package on the stream and on the LED screen in the studio.
It shows that streaming a medical conference isn't just "pointing a camera" — it's television production: directing multiple signals, graphics, sound, language versions and reliable transmission that make the online viewer feel part of the event.
A multimedia studio, an OB van taking in 12 video signals, our own platform and a full visual package — the two-day Adamed International Conference in 4 languages for scientists from 6 countries.
— onestream production, Adamed International ConferenceThe price depends on scale: the number of cameras and video signals, the length and number of conference days, the number of remote speakers, the language versions and the scope of the graphics package. A one-day webinar is priced very differently from a two-day international conference with a studio and an OB van. Tell us the format — we prepare a quote within one business day.
